East Island is owned and operated by Mark Safr. From his humble beginning in a small basement in Montreal’s East end with a four-color press and only a few screens.

 

From there he built his business by doing small jobs for friends introducing new clothing lines and for bands in the local music scene.

 

He has evolved into a full service operation now based out of the 2050 Dandurand building in Montreal’s beautiful Plateau/Rosemont area. With the help of a small staff of hard working shop assistants, he now serves clients with full-scale production as well as small orders
